Very tasty and easy to make rolls. The rolls have flavorful, the crust is crispy and the crumb air. The dough can be kneaded in the bread machine.
Ingredients for Yeast rolls with semolina
- Flour - 200 g
- Semolina - 100 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Water - 220 ml
- Vanilla - 1 package.
Step by step instruction of cooking Yeast rolls with semolina
Put in a bowl the sifted flour, sugar, salt, yeast, semolina and vanilla. You can put the dough in the bread maker.
Add the butter, warm water and knead the dough with a spoon, it turns out that such a consistency, some liquid (flour not to add!). Put to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
When the dough is ready, generously smear the hands with oil and start shaping the rolls, I got 9 pieces. Since the batter is watery, the rolls are a bit spread out, turned into pellets. But the flour did not pour, otherwise they will become dense and tasteless. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and let rise for about 30 minutes. Bake until ready at a temperature of 200 degrees.
In the oven the pellets are transformed into rolls. They are long soft and not stale, crispy crust in a hot and soft in the cold. Very tasty with cheese and jam.
