A combination of herbs, mustard and honey is amazing. Try it, very tasty.

With bread cut the peel, cut the pulp into small pieces and pour warm milk.
Onions and garlic peel and finely chop. Preheat a frying pan butter and fry the onion and garlic. Add the marjoram, rosemary and thyme, lightly fry, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Squeeze the bread, put in bowl help of the cut down meat, add the onion, garlic and herbs, eggs, mustard and sugar syrup. All thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mass. Season with salt and pepper and mix with the breadcrumbs. With wet hands roll from the mass of small balls and slightly flatten. Reheat in a pan with ghee and fry the meatballs for 7 minutes each side, until crisp. Remove from the pan. Optional garnish with cherry tomatoes and sprigs of different herbs.
