The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Александр1981 called "Salad with fish and seaweed" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

If you have dried seaweed, pre-soaked for 2-3 hours, then boil for 3-5 minutes.
If the cabbage is frozen, let it thaw and also boil for 3-5 minutes. I usually boil a large quantity to use in different dishes. Boiled cabbage recline in a colander, washed under running water.

Boiled cabbage is added (per 1 kg) 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon of 80% acetic acid. As such, the long cabbage can be stored in the refrigerator and used for other purposes.
