This is a wonderful recipe I found in a German magazine. My weakness is this: collect recipes, but ... at the same time as it all ends. But this time I decided to make an exception. I think a good mix of lean ground beef plus veggies. But I replaced the dry mixture "Provence" with marjoram and Basil, and Chile powder Chile pepper. Simple, fast, delicious.
