This Greek pie makes every woman on the sea of Azov. It is made from a pumpkin, meat and puff pastry.
Ingredients for Sumus
- Puff pastry - 1.5 kg
- Butter - 50 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Minced meat - 600 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Sumus
Pumpkin grate on a coarse grater. Slightly prisolit.
Grind in a meat grinder pork and beef in equal parts, with a bow. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
The dough can be store-bought and prepared on your own.
Roll out the dough squares of any size, I did small. On each square put the stuffing mixed with cheese, pumpkin, and a piece of butter.
4 area is collected at the top and semipaved from all sides. Pierce the top pastry with a fork and spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 180° until Golden color.
