The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Fluffy called "Apple souffle" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". A light, soft soufflé, with the aroma and taste of the Apple. Goes perfectly with the crumbly biscuits!

Step by step instruction of cooking Apple souffle
Wash apples. Remove skin and seeds.
Cut into wedges. Spread out on a baking sheet moistened with water. And bake in the oven until soft.
From baked apples to make a puree.
Add the sugar and stir.
Chilled proteins vzbit in a solid foam.
Carefully connect the whites and mash, stirring with a wooden spatula.
Grease cups or ramekins with butter. Break biscuits and place on the bottom.
