Ingredients for Ginger tea
- Ginger - 1 tsp.
- Water - 3 stack.
- Carnation - 4 PCs
- Nutmeg - 1/3 tsp
- Cinnamon - 1/3 tsp
- Cardamom - 1/3 tsp
- Black tea - 1 tsp.
- Milk - 1 Cup.
- Sugar - 3 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Ginger tea
Here is our spices - all is sold in any supermarket.
This recipe uses all dry and ground spices
if you want you can do the same with fresh ginger root.
Nutmeg, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon, cover with water, bring to boil and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Add tea and ginger, sugar (more or less), pour a glass of milk and bring to boil.
Remove from heat, let stand for a bit, strain through several layers of cheesecloth and enjoy!
