Step by step instruction of cooking Roast in the pot
Meat cut into small pieces.
Fry in vegetable oil (without salt and spices).
Onions cut into half rings.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater.
Potatoes cut into small cubes.
Collect the pot: to put on the bottom roasted meat, Bay leaf, pepper, salt.
On top put the onions.
Then the mushrooms, carrots, potatoes.
Cover with water, so that it was visible through the potatoes, but did not cover it.
Lubricate sour cream.
