Ingredients for Fish baked with vegetables in foil
- Fish - 300 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 PCs
- Lemon - 2 lost.
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Spices - 1 tsp.
- Greens - 2 Gorst.
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish baked with vegetables in foil
Cleaned and cut fish into pieces with a thickness of about 3 cm, sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with spices for fish (with the addition of rosemary, Basil, oregano), sprinkle with finely chopped lemon slices (1-2 slices is enough) and coat with mayonnaise.
Allow to stand for 30-40 minutes.
Chop the vegetables: onions - half-rings, carrots - thin slices, small tomatoes in half, and large rings. Finely chop the greens. All vegetables and herbs divide approximately into four parts.

Carefully wrap and fasten around the edges so as not emerged juice.
