Heat milk in a saucepan, add the butter or margarine. When it dissolves, remove from heat. It should not be hot - about 37 degrees. Add in the milk yeast mix.
Add all other ingredients and knead soft, dont stick to hands dough. Flour is better to add gradually, to avoid too much or not enough.

Leave the dough to rise for about 1 hour in a warm place. It should increase in 2 times.
When the dough has risen, form 2 loaves and give them to "relax" 15 minutes.
