I fell in love with these stunning buns at first sight. This is not my first experience with yeast dough, but the first successful. The first time I meet such a method of preparation of the rolls, was extremely surprised, and this divine Golden crust... I love it! The recipe was borrowed from the wonderful girls Natasha (Mama-tasi).
Ingredients for Buns "the Wash"
- Flour - 500-550 g
- Yeast - 2 tsp.
- Milk - 350 ml
- Butter - 50 g
- Sugar - 2-3 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Soda - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1.5 l
Step by step instruction of cooking Buns "the Wash"
The cast half of the milk, the remaining half of the milk supply to heat up, add the butter to completely melt. Remove from heat, add sugar and salt and allow to completely dissolve. Add the cold milk.
