Chocolate and coconut make a wonderful Duo. Souffle milk is a gentle and non-greasy. Very simple and quick to prepare dessert.

- Milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - 115 g
- Dark chocolate - 120 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Coconut shavings - 45 g
- Cocoa powder
Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate souffle with coconut

Preheat the oven to 180 gr.
Heat the milk until hot but do not boil.

Mix sugar, coconut and chocolate.

Add small portions of hot milk and stir thoroughly until complete dissolution of chocolate.

Eggs lightly whisk and add to the chocolate mixture. Mix well.

Pour into molds. I have 6 cups of 150 ml. Put the cups in a large, deep form and pour boiling water until the middle of the cups.

Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, until souffle will not set.
You can sprinkle with cocoa.
Recommended podavat warm, but cold soufflés are not worse, and I liked it even more.
