- Pear - 2 PCs
- Goat cheese - 100 g
- Butter - 20 g
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Cognac - 2 tbsp
- Mustard - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Canape with pear and jamon
To prepare this appetizer requires very little time, as long as all the products were at hand.
Each slice of ham cut lengthwise into 2 parts.
Pear clean, cut into 2 pieces, remove the core and each half cut into 3 parts. The result should be 12 pieces.
The pears I got were large so I cut them in half and took only the tops.
Pear sauté in vegetable oil for about a minute. Add butter, wine vinegar and brandy, and saute for 5 minutes. At the end add the mustard, mix gently and remove from heat.
