- Flour - 800 g
- Water - 350 ml
- Yeast - 7 g
- Vegetable oil - 200 ml
- Butter - 50 g
- Salt - 0.25 tsp
- Curd - 0.5 kg
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Moldovan Placinta
Prepare the sourdough. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add flour, salt, stir and put in a warm place for 15 min.
In the dough add vegetable oil, warm water, flour and knead the dough. The dough will warm up at least 5 minutes, cover with a towel and put for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Separately in a bowl, over low heat, melt the butter and vegetable oil. Divide the dough into small balls.
Table lubricating oil. Take a ball, press into a pancake and slush. Roll out as much as possible on the table and sprinkle lightly with mixture.
