The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Солнышко9 called "Fish soup with seaweed" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". The author's words: "a Very simple and delicious soup" ))) From myself I will add that I cooked it two times - with canned salmon, as the author, and raw fish. In both cases, it turns out delicious everyday dish.
Ingredients for Fish soup with sea cabbage
- Water - 1.5-2 l
- Figure - 3 tbsp.
- Potatoes - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Canned fish - 1 ban.
- Seaweed - 1 ban.
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish soup with sea cabbage
Water bring to a boil. Put it rice...
... and potatoes.
While they cook, sauté carrots and onions in vegetable oil.
Add to soup when potatoes and rice are ready.
Also, add the salmon, mashed with a fork..
... and sea Kale. Season with salt and pepper. Bring the soup to a boil and remove from heat.
If you decide to cook soup with fresh fish, you must first boil it. Remove the finished fish from the broth and simmer the soup with the first step. Remove the meat from the bones and add it to the soup at the end.
