Celery root, 2 apples, 2 carrots, 2 onions - cut into strips on a heated pan with a thick bottom pour 2-3 tbsp oil, put onion, in 3 minutes, all the vegetables, add a little lemon juice, salt, seasoning for fish, (I choose without there glutamate and other additives), simmer under lid on low heat until soft.
While the vegetables stew, make the sauce: 100 g butter RUB with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 4 tablespoons of crushed walnuts and finely chopped 1 bunch of parsley, salt, and pepper.
On top of the vegetables lay out a flounder fillet.
Spread the sauce over the fillets, cover and cook for another 20 minutes.
