- Eggplant - 500 g
- Semolina - 2-3 tbsp
- Walnuts
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato - 1/2 PCs
- Garlic - 1-2 tooth.
- Spices
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Rolls of eggplant

Passeruem finely chopped carrots with the onions (cut into rings), tomato (cut into cubes).
Add spices.
Cook ground walnuts.
