Spring is almost in full swing, and when, as not in the spring, I want freshness, lightness, novelty, romance... Offered to prepare such an unusual and light (as in calories, and execution) salad, which is perfect for a romantic dinner - in fact, besides the pleasant taste, it contains a solid utility). The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user ninulia, and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".
Ingredients for Salad "Royal"
- Salmon - 120 g
- Shrimp - 8 PCs
- Scallop - 8 PCs
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Royal"
The first thing send our frozen seafood in boiling salted water and boil just 2 minutes, drain off water and set to cool.
Meanwhile, washed and drained arugula is sent to the salad bowl.
Add to it salmon, cut into slices.
And the lettuce is torn by hand. My salad was not, so I took a cabbage without solid veins.
Clean the cooled shrimp, if the scallops are large, cut them in half.
The original recipe is in the dressing uses a raw egg yolk, I took boiled. Mash the yolk and mix with mustard, oil and lemon juice, optionally add salt.
We spread our salad on plates and top with seasoning.
