Last summer prepared for the first time, sauce "TKEMALI" with the addition of tomato paste, my family loved it, try to cook, the sauce is delicate with a light scent of spicy herbs.

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Sauce with plums "Tkemali"


Step 1

Wash all the vegetables, spicy herbs after washing, put on a towel to dry.


Step 2

Plum boil in a basin (add 100g of water) under the lid on low heat, until soft, RUB them through a metal sieve.


Step 3

Mince garlic, hot pepper and spicy herbs.


Step 4

Plum mixture to boil on low heat (I do on the divider of fire), stirring constantly, for 20 minutes, add the garlic-spice blend, tomato paste, sugar, salt and boil on low heat for another 30 minutes, add vinegar, mix thoroughly, and pour into hot sterile banks and roll boiled lids.


Step 5

To flip to the cover and wrap until cool.
