Ingredients for Cottage cheese muffins with zucchini
- Curd - 200 g
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Butter - 100 g
- Flour - 200 g
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Dill - 1/2 Puig.
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Cottage cheese muffins with zucchini
Cottage cheese (I make myself, for this recipe:http://www.p ovarenok.ru/recipes/ show/57408/) stir with the eggs.
Zucchini RUB on a small grater (if there is any excess liquid squeeze)
And add to the cheese mixture, butter, chopped dill, salt. Stir.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to cheese mixture. Quickly stir.
Fill 2/3 of the molds.
Bake at 180 deg. approximately 25-30 minutes.
The oven, when baking, do not open!
