When making mayonnaise mixture must be carefully stirred and not beaten, I do it with a whisk.
If the blender or mixer is used, it is necessary to stir slowly and in one direction.

Add the mustard and salt, squeeze 1/2 tsp lemon juice, (mustard I have no additives - I tried mustard with horseradish is also excellent).
Mix thoroughly.

Ideally, grind the resulting mass through a fine sieve for a more smooth consistency, if the cheese is not grainy, you can skip this step.
