- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 55 g
- Apple - 1 piece
- Mozzarella - 230 g
- Milk - 55 ml
- Cream - 55 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Pumpkin with rice stuffing
Cut in half.
Pumpkin put in a greased form.
Cover with foil and in the oven on 175*C for 45 minutes.
At this time, prepare the filling: rice, water and soy sauce to combine, and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cover, simmer until the liquid evaporates (15 minutes).
Fry the onions in butter until transparent.
Apple peel and seeds and cut into cubes.
Add the Apple to the onions and fry for another 3 minutes.
The onions and Apple add to the rice, mix well.
Add grated cheese, mix well.
Mix milk with cream and add to the rice, mix well.
Add dried dill and salt (optional, the recipe does not require salt).
