Very non-traditional combination for a clafoutis, but, nevertheless, it is! This recipe combines 2 utility: tuna and olives. Because the dish is best served chilled, it will be a wonderful meal for hot summer days. The recipe from Elena Chekalova.
Ingredients for Clafoutis of tuna and tomatoes with black olives
- Milk - 100 ml
- Starch - 1 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Tomato - 300 g
- Olives - 200 g
- Tuna - 250 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Clafoutis of tuna and tomatoes with black olives

Tuna decanting, remove from cans and mash with a fork.

Dilute 1 tsp of starch in 2 tbsp of milk.

Whisk eggs and enter the remaining milk. Add diluted starch.

Tomato mash, combine with tuna, add the egg-milk mixture.

Season with salt and pepper.

A baking dish greased with olive oil. Put the fish mass. Lay at the same distance of olives.
Sprinkle cheese clafoutis. Put in the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C.
