Ingredients for Cheese waffles
- Cheese - 200 g
- Margarine - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Flour - 250-300 g
- Water, carbonated - 200 ml
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cheese waffles
Margarine to melt.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Mix all ingredients, mix thoroughly with a spoon or whisk, the mass was more or less homogeneous. The dough should be the consistency of very thick cream. If the dough is too liquid, add a little flour.
Put the dough in a preheated waffle iron. The waffle iron I have not oiled butter, as the dough is quite greasy.
If you put the dough in 1 coffee spoon and bake for 2 pieces, you get wafers with a diameter of approximately 7 cm.
If you put the dough 1/2 coffee spoon and bake for 4 pieces, you get wafers with a diameter of approximately 5 cm.
During baking, you can open the waffle iron and follow the color of the products. I specifically timed, one portion I baked for 40 seconds.
