Summer is in full swing and you want something cooling and delicious! I suggest you make ice cream, which Muscovites bought a quarter of a century ago, the usual ice cream in the Cup. Ingredients for Sundae
- Milk - 300 ml
- Cream - 250 g
- Dry milk - 35 g
- Sugar - 90 g
- Corn starch - 10 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 package.
Step by step instruction of cooking Sundae
4 servings (cups 150 ml). I got even more:)
Mix in a saucepan the sugar, vanilla sugar and dry milk.
Slowly pour 250ml milk, stirring.
The remaining 50 ml of milk, mix with starch.
Milk mixture in the saucepan, bring to a boil, pour the starch and stir until thick.
Remove from heat, pour through a sieve into a small bowl, cover with plastic wrap and cool.
Whipping cream and milk mixture must be cold!
Whisk the cream until soft peaks form.
Mix with milk jelly.
Pour into ice cream maker and freeze about 30 minutes according to instructions.
If ice cream every 15 minutes to take the mixture out of the freezer and mix with a mixer. I fluffed 3 times every 10 minutes.
Soft ice cream is ready pour into cups and put in the freezer for a few hours.
