Chicken wash, put in a large pot and pour boiling water, add salt and cook for about an hour.
Then remove the chicken and divide in portions, separate the bones and keep only the fillets. Since I was taking portsionnye pieces, I left as is.
In a frying pan or saucepan with a thick bottom pour the cream, season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
To dissolve the flour with 2 tablespoons of chicken broth, stir well, then gradually add more broth. Chop the Basil.
A thin stream pour the mixture into the boiling cream, stir, add Basil, marjoram and cook for another 5 minutes.
Garlic clear, skip through the press and add to cream sauce. Then fold the mixture into the pan with the chicken slices and simmer for 10 minutes.
Turned out fragrant and tender chicken.
I served it with a casserole of broccoli.
