To prepare asparagus, cutting off the lower white part.
Fish and cheese cut into thin wafers, olives - rings.
In a deep pan pour water and bring to boil. Season with salt and lay out asparagus. Pan a bit to move to the edge of the burner that was boiling only the stalks, not the tips. Cook for 10 minutes.
On a baking sheet lay out the asparagus, pre-wrapped in a plate of fish.
Cover top with cheese. And send in the oven for 8 minutes (220 degrees).
Decorate with olives and caviar!
