Hello, Dear cooks! On this side of the website I first time, to the prepared snacks your recipes. We had guests the other day, I decided for them to make a salad of crab. After cleaning, the remaining "waste" decided not to throw it, and try to prepare some sauce was very tasty. Made this salad, but I think it is perfect for seafood, pasta and vegetable salads.

- Milk - 100-150 ml
- The processed cheese - 0,5-1 pieces
- Water - 100 ml
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Seasoning

Step by step instruction of cooking The seafood sauce

Take what we have left after cleaning a crab claw or shrimp, and put in a small pan (better to cut them with scissors to get smaller than me).

Add water and put on fire, after boiling, reduce the heat to medium and, stirring frequently, cook for 5 minutes, then add milk. After boiling, reduce the flame to slow and cook stirring frequently for 10-15 minutes. Then remove from heat, drain, add cheese

Thoroughly dissolve the cheese, add seasonings, salt, pepper, garlic cloves, cut into 3-4 pieces. Allow to simmer for 1-2 minutes (if the mixture is very thick, it may not boil, then just keep on medium heat).
