- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp
- Mushrooms - 12 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Dry red wine - 125 ml
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Salt
- Seasoning
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken liver "Tenderness"

Mix oil and butter.
