- Bay leaf - 3 PCs
- Vinegar essence - 0,75 tbsp
- Sunflower oil - 1 Cup.
Step by step instruction of cooking Lecho "Starting"
Take out the pepper seeds.
And wash it again.
Cut the pepper into small pieces.
Put it in the pan.
Add to pepper 0.5 cups of sunflower oil and put on a small fire simmer for an hour.
Tomatoes thoroughly wash.
Cut tomato into pieces the size of half the slices on food.
Tomato put in a separate pot.
Add to the remaining tomato 0.5 Cup of sunflower oil and put on a small fire to simmer for about an hour.
Prepare jars and lids (wash, proprium).
The contents of both pans, stir, add salt, sugar, Bay leaf, cinnamon, pepper, bring to a boil and cook for another 15 minutes. At the end of the process and add vinegar.
Put in jars and preserve.
