In the fridge for a long time was the packaging of liquid tofu. Wondering what to cook with it – maybe pad Thai or ice cream? Today I wanted Mayo, but we do not eat. I remembered that I bought in Moscow soy mayonnaise. But as I recall, he was very bold for me and soon I, too, have ceased. So I rummaged through the network in search of a recipe for homemade soy mayonnaise. This seemed to me the most simple, although there are recipes where mayonnaise is made from soy milk. Remember also that Russia is now Post assumption until August 28. Maybe someone else will have time to use it.

Instead of salt, I first added a teaspoon of soy sauce. But then it turned out that too little salt for me and in the end put the usual salt.

And finally, a quarter teaspoon dry mustard. I do not quite understand, the original recipe – some mustard it was meant, so number took a little less than the amount specified in the original (there was a 0.5 tsp.). I thought it was sufficient, if there is little – after whipping add more and mix again.
