Delicious vegetable salad and a simple preparation for the winter. What I like about this salad is the fact that quite a bit of time at the stove. No need to fry everything separately - throw products and walk, just don't forget to stir from time to time. Minimum effort - maximum pleasure!
Ingredients for Salad "agate"
- Zucchini - 1.5 kg
- Onion - 0.5 kg
- Pepper - 0.5 kg
- Tomato - 1.2 kg
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "agate"
Cut into small cubes.
Take a couple pinches of salt (in addition to the 1 tablespoon specified in the ingredients), salt, mix well and put into the fridge for a couple of hours.
Get the zucchini and remove the liquid.
Prepare the marinade: 0.7 kg tomato grind in puree, add vinegar, oil, salt, sugar and crushed garlic. When marinade is boiling, put the zucchini in there. Cook on low heat.
After 20 minutes, add the onion cut into quarters rings.
After 15 minutes add the pepper, sliced the same way.
After another 15 minutes tomatoes, roughly chopped.
15 minutes later... ALL DONE!
Spread out in sterilized jars, close and remove "under the covers" on the day. Can be kept in an ordinary closet.
The approximate yield of 3l.
I got 2 cans for 2 cans of 900ml and 500ml for a sample *JOKINGLY*.
