A traditional drink in Eastern countries, prepared from rose hips, cornelian cherries, rose or licorice and spices. Currently, the chefs are called sherbet special types of beverages from fruit juice and sugar with spices and ice cream. The word "sherbet" is from Turkish "serbet". Serve the sorbet in a pretty glass bowls or tall glass cups, made of carved wood or stained glass or floral patterns. In sherbet, add ice cubes or ice chips to drink was more refreshing and cold.
