Now add flour, knead the dough. After, put it in the fridge for 40 minutes, and maybe a little more.

Now prepare the filling for our chicken shelter. The first filling consists of rice with egg and greens. For this we cook the egg and rice. Then finely chop the egg.

Add to the rice the same egg and greens. And, of course, salt and pepper to taste.

Proceed to the second. Finely chop the onion. And fry it in a pan.

To the onions add the mushrooms and continue to fry until cooked. It all depends on what you have mushrooms, for example, I used mushrooms, so I put out very long. And, of course, is salt and optionally pepper.

The third of the filling. The chicken should be boiled and finely chop.

Now prepare the sauce for the chicken. On a heated pan pour 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil, add flour, milk, and all mix well. If is too thick, you can add some more milk.

Now repeat again until you run out of crepes or filling. Then roll out another layer and cover them with our pancakes.
