Meat a La "Osobuco"

Another pellet of meat and vegetables. Cabbage gives an unusual flavor, and the presence of beer in the batter complements it.
Ingredients for Meat a La "Osobuco"
- Carrots - 300 g
- Cabbage - 300 g
- Onion - 150 g
- Meat - 1 kg
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Starch - 1 tbsp
- Flour
- Beer - 1 Cup.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Meat a La "Osobuco"

grate the carrots into strips (for "Korean" grater)

finely shred the cabbage

chop the onion half rings

meat strips (actually have pork, but I did with chicken, also delicious!)

season with salt and pepper, drizzle with vinegar, stir and let stand for 30 minutes.

prepare the batter: mix beer, starch, salt, oil and add flour as much as needed, so it was like dough for pancakes.
