My experiments on the bream continue:-) this time I propose here is a fall version. The fish is tender, juice-soaked vegetables, the vegetables juicy and tender, without the smell of fish, pictures of hardship, but never got to convey all of the tastiness of this dish. I highly recommend everyone to try this fall!
Ingredients for Baked bream with autumn vegetables
- Fish - 1 piece
- Pumpkin - 200 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2-3 tooth.
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Dry white wine - 100 ml
- Greens - 1 Puig.
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Baked bream with autumn vegetables

Prepare the fish: gut, remove scales, remove the gills, generously pour dry white wine and leave for a while. Wine can be replaced with lemon juice or soy sauce, if you take soy sauce, then fish, then salt is not necessary

Fry in olive oil until tender

Pumpkin, tomatoes, sweet pepper, chop and add to vegetables, stir and remove from heat
