Known to all "lazy" dumplings. I saw some recipes on the website. But still decided to share my simple recipe "sloths" with vegetables in a slow cooker.

The usual dumpling dough to roll out, spread with forcemeat, wrap roll and cut into pieces.
The pre-minced salt and pepper, add the Provence herbs/spices.
Carrots, onions, pepper cut.
On the bottom of the pan from the slow cooker put vegetables, pour tomato. paste or ketchup, homemade Lecho. Add 2 tbsp. of Rast. oil or 30 -40 grams. creamy.
Cover with slices "dumplings", among them potatoes, cut into large pieces.
Salt a little, season, add water to half the height of the "dumplings" and put the roast on the "baking" 60 min.
On request it is possible to grease with sour cream/mayonnaise.
