- The dough is flaky unleavened - 500 g

- Sausage - 100 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

Step by step instruction of cooking Piwiki
The dough defrosted. To prepare the filling. Garlic peel and chop. Mix tomato paste with sugar. Sausage cut into thin long strips.
On floured surface roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and cut off the uneven edges to make a rectangle. Fluff it with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese, pepper and Basil. On top lay out strips of sausage.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cut the dough into strips of 2 to 15 cm. Roll into rolls, place on greased baking sheet and bake for 10 -15 mins until Golden brown.
