Recipe taken from the magazine "the one" if people eat this soup in Italy? Don't know, but I had dried mushrooms, and, finally, I made this delicious mushroom soup.
Ingredients for Italian soup
- Mushrooms - 40 g
- Tomato - 250 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Parmesan - 30-50 g
- Broth - 1 l
- Parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Italian soup

Dried mushrooms soaked for 10 minutes in hot water and grind. Garlic and parsley finely chop.

Garlic, parsley and mushrooms fried in olive oil (10 mins) on medium heat.

Tomatoes are cleaned from skin and seeds, cut into cubes or slices and add to the mushrooms, fry for another 3 minutes.
Add to the pot of broth (I had cooked the day before) and cook for 10 min.

Whisk eggs and mix with grated Parmesan cheese.

Pour the eggs into the soup and .....our soup is ready! Well apply to soup of dried bread. Bon appetit!
