When water with carp completely drained, coat it with salt, pepper and spices on all sides. Put the fish in a bowl and let stand for 20 minutes. Meanwhile you can prepare the filling.

One onion cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.

Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil.

In a Cup mix the rice, mushrooms, onions and chopped dill. Mayonnaise.

Foil grease with vegetable oil in it to wrap the fish and lay on a baking sheet.

We will now tackle the second fish. We will prepare a little differently.
Already prepared, covered with spices the fish we round sliced onions. Exactly the same as the first fish, wrap it in foil and put on baking tray.

After 25-30 minutes take out the fish from the oven, cut the foil and liberally coat the fish with mayonnaise.
