- Pumpkin - 1 kg
- Quince - 400 g
- Orange - 1 piece
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Water - 300 ml
- Vinegar - 150 ml
- Sugar - 200 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Carnation - 10-12 PCs
- Cinnamon - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
