I will not tell you what is absinthe, let's just say that I tried to make moonshine and alcohol, and moonshine turned out much better. Absinthe was already drunk, so quickly that managed to capture only one serving.
Ingredients for Absinthe
- Alcohol - 0.5-0.7 l
- Leaf flower - 100 g
- Anis - 50 g
- Fennel - 50 g
- Thyme - 50 g
- Oregano - 50 g
- Mint - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Absinthe
All the herbs except the mint, pour vodka and insist 2 weeks to a month passing.
Half of the resulting distillate painted mint. Insist 5 to 6 hours, then filtering through cotton or cheesecloth, pour in the second half of the distillate.
Pour painted absinthe glass bottles and put in dark place at room temperature.
The more exposure, the better the taste, but we could not resist and drank it in two weeks, and the taste was very pleased.
I painted the entire distillate, so the photo is a dark color, but the taste I think is not affected
