Since childhood, familiar words associated with submission of Australia: boomerang, kangaroo. To admit, it's hard to cook a roast we have a non-existent kangaroo or, say, the soup from the tails of kangaroos. So I suggest to try less exotic Australian dish - rice pudding. A very tasty dish!
