Dedicated to all lover of spicy! Used as an additive to soups, sauces, and some bread, of course, "sweet soul"! Great salad, no complicated cooking, affordable products – great result! Shelf life 6 months.
Ingredients for Pasta Ogonek
- Peppers red hot chilli - 300 g
- Onion - 300 g
- Garlic - 15-20 tooth.
- Ginger - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 100 ml
- Salt
Step by step instruction of cooking Pasta Ogonek

Finely chop the garlic.

Finely chop the onion.

Pepper cut into rings (remove seeds optional)! Be careful, take care of your hands – use gloves.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the garlic until Golden brown, take out. In the same oil fry onions until Golden color, take out. Now pepper, fry, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes.! Here, too, caution is required – try not to inhale the vapors! Reduce the flame and spread on a pan previously sautéed onions and garlic, add salt, ginger, stir and simmer under a lid for about a minute.
