- Chickpeas - 350 g
- Olive oil - 8 tbsp.
- Paprika sweet - 2 tsp.
- Curry - 1 tsp.

Step by step instruction of cooking Hummus

Chickpeas, cover with cold water and put in 12 hours.

Cook until tender. Drain.

Boiled chick peas put in blender and grind until smooth. Add all the spices, mix again, and then a thin stream pour in the olive oil. A good knead. Let stand at least 1 hour.
Delicious hummus with dill is obtained (but this is optional). Serve with Jewish crispy cakes (sold in store).
