The third week is the Christmas post. In the days when you can fish, fish meatballs. Very tasty!
Ingredients for Fish meatballs in a bean sauce
- Salmon - 1 piece
- Figure - 0,5 stack.
- Cabbage - 100 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Beans - 1 ban.
- Sweet white wine - 1 Cup.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish meatballs in a bean sauce
The salmon fillet to scroll in a meat grinder + cabbage + 1 onion. Season with salt and pepper, add the rice, mix thoroughly.
Form for baking grease with vegetable oil. To form meatballs.
To make the sauce: Beans together with the liquid using a blender to grind into a puree. Add onions + carrots fried in vegetable oil. Then add a glass of wine.
In the resulting sauce add salt, lemon juice.
Sauce pour the meatballs and send in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
