Ingredients for Cake Lemon
- Curd - 500 g

Step by step instruction of cooking Cake Lemon
Mix cottage cheese with eggs and yogurt in a blender to get a homogenous mass. I use conventional (non-immersion) blender. It turned into mush with the lemon zest. First, the lemon is cleaned, divided into slices, removed the seeds, then all milled.
