The recipe came to mind spontaneously, moreover, all the ingredients were in the fridge, to be honest, the first time I bought fresh figs, and here and so used it, turned out very tasty and tender cheesecake!
Ingredients for Mini cheesecakes
- Cookies - 300 g
- Butter - 70 g
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Cream cheese - 400 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Cream - 100 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Mini cheesecakes

Cookies grind into crumbs, combine with butter and egg, mix well and put in muffin tins and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Whisk cream cheese with sugar, add the eggs and cream, whisk and leave to rest a little!

Remove molds from refrigerator and pour into them the cheese mass.

Bake cheesecake at 180 grams. 50-60 minutes in a pan pour a little water, let cool in oven with door ajar.

Simply cheesecakes is somehow uninteresting, I decided to water them with sauce and decorate with the figs and sauce: sour cream mixed with sah. powder, with lemon juice and zest, get a lemon sauce, decorate our cheesecake with figs and pour the sauce!
