Ingredients for Poppy seed dessert
- Mac - 50 g
- Milk - 50 g
- Egg white - 2 PCs

- Dried apricots - 150 g
- Syrup cranberry - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Poppy seed dessert
Soak gelatine and dissolve in a water bath.

Enter in sour cream, gelatin, poppy seeds and proteins.

While poppy hearts are cooled, prepare the sauce.
Apricots rinse and boil about 10 minutes nebolshom water (100-150ml).
