Juicy, sweet and fragrant Dessert... salad on motives of Moroccan cuisine. The idea I peeped in the anniversary issue of the German magazine "Essen und trinken" where they selected the best recipes in 40 years of publishing the magazine.
Ingredients for Salad "Marrakech"
- Orange - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 250 g
- Raisins - 2 tbsp
- Almonds - 2 tbsp
- Sesame - 1 tbsp
- Orange juice - 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
- Salt
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Marrakech"

Cut peel from oranges. Take out the pulp. Pour the raisins a couple of tablespoons of orange juice harvested at the time of this ungrateful treatment.
